Planning professionals directory

What we hold about your firm, why, and how to remove it. Operated by Alcyone AI Ltd, trading as SiteLens.

What this directory is

SiteLens is a UK planning intelligence service used by construction suppliers and subcontractors to follow planning applications. Where a firm is named on a public planning application as the agent or a member of the project team, we may show a business contact for that firm alongside the application, so our users can get in touch about live projects.

What we hold and where it comes from

  • General enquiry details published on a firm's own public website (an office email address or switchboard number).
  • Public register information such as Companies House records and the details councils publish on statutory planning registers.

We hold business contact details for firms acting commercially. We do not collect contact details for private individuals, and we do not buy contact lists.

Lawful basis and your rights

We process these details under legitimate interest (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): connecting construction professionals around public planning applications. You have the right to object at any time (Article 21). An objection removes your firm's contact details permanently and prevents them being collected again. You also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing; contact privacy@sitelens.co.uk for any of these, or see our privacy policy.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your firm's details, you can complain to us directly at privacy@sitelens.co.uk and we will respond without undue delay. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

How long we keep details

We hold a firm's business contact details for as long as the firm appears on public planning applications and the details remain published by the firm or on a public register. We re-check stored details on a rolling cycle and remove any that no longer verify. An objection removes your firm's details immediately and permanently.

Remove your firm's details

Enter your firm's name as it appears on planning applications. Removal is immediate and permanent; no account or confirmation email is required.
