Frequently asked questions
Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes. Each account can take one 7-day Pro trial, with no card, if it has never subscribed. When the week ends the account returns to the Free plan by itself, so there is nothing to cancel.
What is a contact lookup?
A live search for a firm’s business email and phone, run from its company profile. Pro includes 15 a month and Team shares 40, up to 30 per person. A lookup that finds nothing new is not counted, and contacts already on the record or profile never use one. Pro’s signup month is prorated, unless you start on a trial.
How do you source and check contacts?
Every contact shows its source: the planning record, the planning documents, or our lookup of firm websites and business databases. We only look for business contacts, and strip the applicant’s email and phone where the register gives a personal title. Emails our lookup finds carry a badge saying if a deliverability check confirmed them. Planning-record contacts are shown as published.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
It applies if you take an annual Pro or Team plan: email hello@sitelens.co.uk within 30 days of your first annual payment and we refund it in full, with no form and no call. Monthly plans roll month to month: cancel in account settings and you are not billed again.
